I build the software that runs factories.
I'm Slim Toumi. I spent my first decade as a process engineer commissioning and running industrial plants. Now I build the systems that digitize them: MES-connected production tracking, operator interfaces, and the dashboards that replace paper on the shop floor.
Where I've worked
Since 2013What I do
Three things, properlyPlant-floor systems
MES-connected production tracking, QRQC ticketing, audit tools, and operator interfaces built for gloves, glare, and people who have a line to run.
Machine data and telemetry
Getting numbers off equipment and into somewhere useful (MQTT, Modbus, Snap7, LoRaWAN), then into dashboards that answer a question instead of filling a screen.
Paperless workflows
HSE, logistics, quality and skills management moved off clipboards. Traceable, auditable, and actually used, because the people using it were part of designing it.
SaaS
Try before you commitProducts in trial
I have built and run a commercial SaaS platform before: billing, backoffice, usage dashboards and all. Trials of my own tools live at /saas, no signup wall.
Still running your line on paper?
I know the plant floor from both sides. I have stood on the line I was later asked to digitize. Tell me what your process looks like today and I'll tell you honestly what is worth automating.
